‘Opposite’ is a collection of mini books that I did last year, that focus on the colours red and blue. My inspiration for this was to combine my personal interest in basic graphic elements, then communicating the different feelings associated with them through a gradual story. For example, Blue’s story follows a calmer, more relaxed pace with him encountering many friends along the way. In contrast to this, Red starts his journey through aggression and conflict.

Although it can be said that Red is not narrowed down to aggression, an improvement would be to expand Red’s story to other emotions, perhaps as a follow up to the end of this book.
